Once your order is placed please allow up to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays.) Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Once processing time is complete you will receive your tracking number immediately.

FREE SHIPPING on orders of $100 or more. MY RICH CULTURE offers the following shipping methods:

Domestic First-Class (5 -8 business days)-excluding processing time

To ensure your package arrives on time and to the correct location; please make sure you entered your address correctly. Include building name, apartment numbers, street names and abbreviations. Once your package has been sent out for delivery or once delivered,

MY RICH CULTURE is not responsible for any stolen, lost, misplaced, or deliveries to the incorrect address.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

All online sales are final, therefore no exchanges or refunds.  

If you received an incorrect item, or damaged goods we will exchange the item(s) accordingly.

Incorrect items include the wrong size, design, garment or garment color. Damaged goods include any damage done to the actual garment during transit.

Incorrect and/or damaged product you received. Damaged products will receive a 50% off discount code to the email address provided.  All wrong orders will be corrected immediately and shipment fee waived.
