All orders take up to 48 hours to process. Once processed, your package will be sent off for shipping. Shipping takes 5-8 business days. All packages are shipped Monday – Saturday. You will receive a tracking number from mail carrier to the email you provided during checkout.

Once your package has been sent out for delivery, MY RICH CULTURE has no control over the package. Please check with your local post office to see if it’s there or wait for an additional day for a possible delayed delivery. We are not responsible for any stolen, misplaced or wrong address deliveries. Please make sure you enter the correct mailing address. Include building names, abbreviations, correct numbers, etc.

If you received an incorrect item, please email us;

Support@myrichculture.com With your name, order number and a picture of the incorrect item’s color, size, design, etc. Once determined the item is incorrect the correct item will be mailed, no shipping cost.

All sales made online are considered final. There are no options for exchanges or refunds.

All garments are unisex and true to size.
